To use HangXom, you must:

• Be at least 13 years old (or the legal age requirement in your jurisdiction).
• Provide accurate and complete account information.
• Comply with all applicable local, state, and federal laws and regulations. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

To use certain features of HangXom, users must create an account. Registration requires:

• Phone number verification via SMS (One-Time Password/OTP).
• Creation of a user profile.
• Acceptance of these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

By providing your mobile number and requesting a verification code, you agree to the following SMS terms:

• Program Description: HangXom sends SMS messages containing one-time passcodes (OTP) for account registration, login authentication, and security purposes.
• Message Frequency: Message frequency varies based on user requests for authentication.
• Customer Support (HELP): If you need assistance, reply HELP to any of our messages or contact us at support@hangxom.com.
• Opt-out (STOP): You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Just reply STOP to any message. After you send the SMS message "STOP" to us, we will send you an SMS message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed.
• Interruption: Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
• Cost: Message and data rates may apply for any messages sent to you from us and to us from you. If you have any questions about your text plan or data plan, it is best to contact your wireless provider.

HangXom provides a platform where users can buy and sell second-hand items and communicate with nearby community members.

• HangXom does not own, sell, or take possession of items listed by users.
• Transactions and interactions occur directly between users.

Users agree not to:

• Post illegal, fraudulent, or prohibited listings.
• Harass, abuse, or threaten other users.
• Misuse messaging features or attempt to bypass platform security.
• Violation of these rules may result in immediate account suspension or permanent ban.

Users are solely responsible for the accuracy of their listings and content. HangXom reserves the right to remove any content that violates our policies or applicable laws.

We strive to provide reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. HangXom may update, modify, or discontinue features at any time without prior notice.

HangXom provides a platform for users to connect. Daonio, Inc. is not responsible for:

• Transactions or disputes between users.
• Accuracy of user-posted content.
• Any damages arising from user interactions or use of the Service.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or pose security risks. Users may delete their accounts at any time through the app settings or by contacting support.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Updates will be posted on this page with the revised "Last updated" date. Continued use of HangXom after updates indicates acceptance of the revised Terms.
