By accessing or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

1. Eligibility

To use HangXom, you must:

  • be at least 18 years old or meet the legal age requirement in your jurisdiction
  • provide accurate account information
  • comply with applicable laws and regulations

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

2. Account Registration

To use certain features of HangXom, users must create an account.

  • phone number verification via SMS
  • creation of a user profile
  • acceptance of these Terms

Users are responsible for maintaining the security of their account.

3. Marketplace Services

HangXom provides a platform where users can:

  • buy and sell second-hand items
  • communicate with nearby users
  • participate in neighborhood communities

HangXom does not own or sell items listed by users.
Transactions occur directly between users.

4. User Responsibilities

Users agree not to:

  • post illegal or fraudulent listings
  • harass or abuse other users
  • misuse messaging features
  • attempt to bypass platform security

Violation of these rules may result in account suspension.

5. Content and Listings

Users are responsible for the accuracy of their listings and content.
HangXom may remove content that violates policies or applicable laws.

6. Phone Verification

HangXom may require SMS verification codes (OTP) to confirm user identity and maintain platform security.

These messages are strictly used for:

  • account verification
  • login authentication
  • security purposes

7. Service Availability

We strive to provide reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted access.
HangXom may update, modify, or discontinue features at any time.

8. Limitation of Liability

HangXom provides a platform for users to connect.

Daonio, Inc. is not responsible for:

  • transactions between users
  • disputes between buyers and sellers
  • damages arising from user interactions

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or pose security risks.
Users may delete their accounts at any time.

10. Changes to the Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time.
Continued use of HangXom after updates indicates acceptance of the revised Terms.
